Special Lunch for Seniors

Class of 2015 is treated for 100% participation in the Annual Fund.
The Class of 2015 enjoyed a pizza lunch last week with Head of School Dr. Karen Bohlin. The special lunch was a reward for 100% participation in the 2013-2014 Annual Fund by class of 2015 parents.

The seniors enjoyed a complimentary lunch of pizza, salad, cookies and cupcakes. “The girls were so excited,” said Director of Institutional Advancement Jennifer Schiller. “Our goal was to make them feel appreciated, as a token of our great appreciation for the support from their parents for the 2013-2014 Montrose School Annual Fund.”

The 2014-2015 Montrose School Annual Fund is underway now. Every class that reaches 100% participation will be rewarded with a special lunch. Members of the class of 2015 were overheard planning to achieve the goal again. Montrose has already achieved a major milestone this year: 100% of faculty and staff have supported the 2014-2015 Annual Fund.

“We are grateful to the class of 2015 for their generous support,” said Mrs. Schiller. “Parents of seniors recognize the value of a Montrose education and understand that tuition alone does not cover the cost to educate our students. The Montrose School Annual Fund makes up the difference. It is a vital component to the school's operating budget.”
